My thanks to NetGalley and Saga Press for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
For We Are Many is a worthy sequel to We Are Legend (We Are Bob) that picks up right where the other left off. In this installment, the Bobs begin to grow into their individual niches and truly develop independent identities. Taylor's decision to create "replicant drift," a process where each clone's personality was a variation on the Original!Bob theme, was a stroke of genius, allowing each iteration to have a very clear identity while maintaining the same humorous tone and agenda.
Riker!Bob and Homer!Bob work with the remnants of Earth to recover from the apocalypse, while Bob1 assumes a guardianship of a new species. Other Bobs continue to explore the galaxy, while some stay in place and create engineering marvels.
A truly inspiring read that will engage your brain from start to finish.
