I’ve been making yogurt in my InstantPot for years. But this book really takes it up a notch and I cannot wait for the holidays to get here just to see how my family enjoys some of the tips and tricks I’ve learned in this book.

This is a very comprehensive guide to making yogurt in the modern day. I liked that the author set forth his objectives in the beginning of the book, so the reader knew what to expect. I liked the myth vs truth section of the book as well. I will continue to make homemade yogurt with some of these excellent tips!
