I did enjoy this book and thought the supporting characters were great however as often happens with the miscommunication trope it was slightly too drawn out. There's so much miscommunication you end up being very frustrated with the characters and they've both hurt each other so much its not exactly a great relationship. Other than that I really enjoyed the background plot about the shipyard and the catholic/protest issue.
I thought it was generally a well written book and would read other books in the series to find out more about some of the other characters.
