Well, I don’t even know where to begin! Dora and Alexander finally get their HEA….or is it. This is the second in a series within the Lyon’s Den books from this author and it is SOOOO very good. There is a lot of intrigue, political upheaval and some confusing issues in the beginning of the story-all wrapped around English government issues. (Not sure if this is real history or not, but it sure felt like it. ) It was an eye-opening moment for both Alexander and Duncan when Mrs. Dove-Lyon brought to their attention how poorly they were treating Dora. This is an adventure story that has you feeling all kinds of emotions and there is a thread of revenge in it that has yet to be explained. All the twists and turns will keep you on the edge of your seat and it is one hard book to put down. Great story.
