This was my first experience reading J. T. Geissinger, and it makes me want to read more. I loved the setting of New Orleans, the mystique of the tattoos, but the ending felt a little too open-ended for my taste. I loved the tandem narration (having each voice actor do their dialogue in the other character's POV chapters kept me better engaged).

This audio book gave everything I wanted it to give. Short and sweet. My first JT Gessinger…which made me think maybe I should read more because the banter was great!

The narrators carried made this audiobook even better!
