Occasionally a book comes along that just speaks to your soul, and for me that is The Women of Wild Hill. Not only did I love the witchy, mysteriously elements, but also the themes of sisterhood, of family, of what we as a society are doing to the earth. I got attached to Brigid and Phoebe and Sybil, and, even though Women of Wild Hill ended perfectly, I was still sad that it was over. This is a one that I will be recommending to all my book-loving friends, and it will be a perfect choice for book club discussions. This is my first Kirsten Miller novel, but I will be rectifying that ASAP. All the stars.

Five generations of women have called Wild Hill home. This story tells the story in multiple timelines of the witches with it mainly being about Brigid, Phoebe and Sibyl. The women are all given different gifts and some are a bit dark. This book is about women sticking together and making men pay for bad behavior. I really enjoyed the ending about the sisters. The rest I do not want to give away. The book is well written and tied together nicely. If you like strong women and witchy type books this is for you.
