This is an exciting read, with the action starting early and keeping up a fast pace. The decisions and actions of the main characters are often infuriating but the author writes them in such a way that you can see how they got to that point. I found the relationships and dialogue very believable and immersive and especially enjoyed the development of the son and his role in events.
