What can I say about Cameron… omg I love him and Meggie’s story. They are so perfect for each other. They have been in love with each other for the majority of their lives, and it is so cute and sweet. I enjoy seeing Cameron get jealous of Shane and the seeming façade of an actual relationship between them.

Margaret (Meggie) is such a sweet girl, but she is under a lot of stress because according to her father she will never be good enough because she is a girl. (misogynistic jerk face). This reality has seemed to get worse ever since her mother died. She has been in love with Cameron Winslow as long as she can remember but she feels like he doesn’t like her because he acts super standoffish and tries to avoid her. However there are two sides to every story.

Cameron is busting his butt trying to keep the company his father started afloat after his brother jumped ship to pursue his political career. He doesn’t have time for a relationship of any kind, especially one with someone whom he has been in love with forever and would want to give his time to her. So he spends most of his time working and trying to avoid Meggie, and Shane who seems to be her boyfriend which really makes him mad.

I must say that I absolutely love that Katy added a bit of mystery in this book because she is fantastic at writing it and wish she would do that a bit more. It really kept my interest throughout this book.
