In Freedom from Emotional Eating, Paul McKenna offers a transformative solution to one of the biggest root causes of weight gain: the emotional triggers behind our eating habits. Rather than simply focusing on what to eat or avoid, McKenna dives deep into the emotional and psychological imbalances that lead people to seek comfort in food.

Using a combination of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), guided hypnosis, and mind-body techniques, this book provides readers with practical tools to break free from the cycle of emotional eating. McKenna's system goes beyond traditional dieting—it aims to heal the underlying issues that drive people to eat when they're stressed, anxious, lonely, or overwhelmed.

What makes this approach especially powerful is its emphasis on lasting change. With accompanying audio and video resources, readers are guided through exercises that retrain the brain to respond to emotional triggers in healthier, more empowering ways. McKenna also challenges the toxic narratives of the diet industry and encourages self-compassion, confidence, and balance.

This is a must-read for anyone who struggles with yo-yo dieting or uses food as an emotional crutch. Freedom from Emotional Eating is more than a weight-loss book—it’s a path to emotional resilience, body confidence, and true inner peace.

I needed to read this book. I've read other Paul McKenna's (and used his hypnosis programs as well) and this book doesn't disappoint. Just like his past ones, Mr. McKenna gets to your psyche vs handing out a diet plan. Must read for anyone looking to ditch the diets and stop binging.
