The fourth novel in Martin's Ascendant Kingdoms series.
SHADOW AND FLAME is a very good conclusion to the series. It brings the story to a satisfying close. While overall satisfying, it was a bit slow to get going, but this was a minor quibble.
If you're a fan of fantasy, then you should really give Gail Z. Martin's novels a try.
