A good book if you are starting out in the world of making bone broth, and some helpful ideas.
I like my reviews short and punch, but NetGalley says it must be longer!

Apologies for the late notes, cleaning up my notebook! Thank you for the opportunity to review - this was very helpful as a reference guide and helped me get over some of my initial hesitance to "smell up the whole house" - great recipes and lovely writing.

This cookbook has far more than just bone broth recipes, and all of the recipes I tried (mostly main dishes) were liked by my family. I didn't try everything yet; maybe some day I will try making bone broth ice cream.

This book does a great job of demystifying the making of highly nutritious bone broth. You will no longer be afraid to ditch the expensive pre-made stuff and make it yourself. The recipes are well laid out and easy to follow. I loved this book so much that I bought one as a gift for a friend!
