I really wanted to like this, but sadly it just wasn't for me. I found the tone a little irritating, the information trite and repetitive, and it's very irritating when a key part of the book (tapping) requires you to go online to find out more (pay for a course!). I'm glad that many people have found valve in this book though, self-love is such an important thing.

Radical Self-Love A guide to Loving Yourself and Living your Dreams by Gala Darling is a book published by Hay House and it is tremendously stimulating if you search for self-improvement and if, after a difficult moment you need to re-charge your batteries and you don't know where to start with. Confusion, sadness, not sufficient self-esteem can let you think that your life is not so important.

Gala Darling is true to her name - a party, and a darling! She writes like a friend might write to you, and that's nice. It's fun to read - it's instructional but it doesn't feel like it! You're learning new things as you go along, but it doesn't feel pressured or overwhelming. She's not preaching. She's not pushing. She's just sharing what she's passionate about. And that is beautiful.
