‘Be careful, London. You are a pawn in a dangerous game that can get you hurt. And when I say hurt, it is beyond anything you've ever imagined"

Perfect Ruin was book 2 in the unyielding series. This action pack, suspenseful book will have you captivated from the beginning. I couldn't put it down, London and Kai story had me intrigued.

Kai was a trained killer. From a child he was groomed to kill. It was in his blood since Vault was a family owned business. Vault believed in their own laws and justices. You are trained to show no emotion and not care but everything changes for Kai when he meet London.

London has no idea that she has been put in harms way by her father. Dr. Westbrook, a scientist has been commissioned to work for the Vault. Not being able to meet his deadline he has put London and himself in danger. Leaving his life in the hands of cold blooded, trained killers.

Wanting to save her dad she overs herself in exchange. Seven days with Kai and her dad gets a few extra month. But the seven days will change London forever. The chemistry between the two was out of this world. When London realizes she starting to fall for a killer, it wakes Kai up and he runs.

Perfect Ruin had so much suspense, it was raw and action pack. Nashoda Rose constituted a master piece. The characters are amazing, the connection between them flow and make you feel as if you in a move. You feel what each of them are going threw, there pain, torture, love, happiness, there pleasures. After your done reading you will be ruined in a perfect way.

This is truly a case of “the cover made me buy it”, or in this case request it. It instantly sucked me in, and the fact that the author was Nashoda Rose I knew that the chances were high it was going to be good. Perfect Ruin can be read as a stand-alone but Perfect Chaos should really be read first to give you a better understand of the world and organization Kai works for. And Kai…oh Kai, Kai, Kai. He’s a morally grey character who is cold and is ruthless but there is more to him and London manages to bring out another side of him. She’s the brainy who would rather spend time in a lab and when she crosses paths with Kai they make a deal. Kai and London’s relationship was filled with chemistry, both hot and sweet. She was able to ground him and become the moral center he never had before. I loved everything about this book and their story.

Sadly, I didn’t know that this was the second book in a series when I had requested it. I haven’t read any of the other books, but I’m definitely willing to give them a try to have more answers and clarification.
