I enjoyed this sweet story of damaged characters finding one another. Carrie, librarian, and Hayden, reclusive writer, make a great pair when they come together to protect a boy, Brody, that they find hiding. Great characters who have secrets that they can finally deal with when they find one another. Great followup to the first book of the series!
