As a fan of Shonda Rhimes , I was hoping this book would dive a lot deeper into her creativity as well as how she worked past her personal challenges in her rise to the top. However, this is very surface level, instead of a true insiders look. I get it, because it’s an unauthorized book, there’ is only so much that can be divulged. However, this version leaves a lot left to speculate. Most of what is there, is the same info you would find in a google search. If you're already familiar with her work or background, this won’t offer much new info.
