I'm still interested in this, especially after the sad death of Mr Peart. Problem I ran into with this book was that by the time I got to it, it had archived and I only had the Kindle version. Unfortunately, this is a Kindle PDF and is very difficult to read.
If I can find a better format version I'll come back and update my review after reading the entire book.
