While very interesting this book sadly falls into the trap of providing to much information making what is actually very simple sound complicated,abandoned confusing. So much so that I was falling asleep before I had even finished Chapter 2!!!
The illustrations were fun and made explaining the concepts slightly easier to understand.
Overall, this was a good book, but I'm not sure it was straight forward enough for the everyday Jo Blogs.

Reading this book helped me get back my confidence after a back injury. I was despairing that it would get better and afraid to exercise. Reading this book really helped . Brilliant for anybody trying to get back to good health
