It has been quite awhile since I read Mercury Rising so it took me a bit of time to get reacquainted with all the characters but eventually I remembered John and Connor's story.

This was a sweet story but it didn't wow me.

Evan was a gay minister but hadn't experienced too much of actually being gay. Brian was a billionaire lothario not wanting to settle down but the minute Brian meets Evan he wants more. Their chemistry was good but it was all a bit to quick moving their seriousness of their relationship which made it harder to fully be engaged in their relationship.
