This is quite a unique story full of secrets, magic, romance, and curses. I found myself being immersed in this story and intrigued with its secretive plots. The characters were interesting and I can't wait to read more from this author.
The part that did not really stand out for me is the heroine herself. She came off pretty snobbish to the point I was frowning at her through the book. I thought she could've been a bit more understanding. I would love to finish this story with the next book.
