This book was archived before I could download it. Unfortunately, when I went looking for a copy of my own to read, I could not find it anywhere. I don't know what happened to it, but it seems to have disappeared.

Easy to understand and follow. Author has laid out a plan for healthier living that is easy to incorporate. Easy to make changes one step at a time. Shows being healthier doesn’t require having a lot of money- anyone can do it.
