Melanie Bartlett left River Bend with a promise, she would return for her ten year reunion. She had once been voted most likely to succeed but ten years later she knows she has been stuck in a rut but she wouldn't give it up especially when she has Hope to take care of. She doesn't expect to stay in River Bend but with her best friends by her side, Melanie is ready for a change. One of those changes come from Wyatt Gibson an irresistible man she cannot stay away from, but can she take a chance on Wyatt especially when her past catches up to her.

I thought Melanie was a hoot, some of the thoughts and words that come from her were things I would think myself and it added a humorous element. Loved Wyatt, he is a charmer who you quickly become infatuated with. Great read, look forward to the next book in the series has a great start for the Most Likely To books.

A light-hearted, contemporary story with an unexpected turn into a mystery. This is the first of another small town series about three long time friends. Parts of the story were very predictable while others caught you by surprise. All in all, a good story with interesting characters, an interesting plot and a satisfying conclusion. A good introduction to the other books in the series.
