I love this series and this book was a great addition. DI Nick Dixon is on a murder investigation with a well crafted plot to keep him busy. The characters are realistic and well developed.

Book 5 in the DI Nick Dixon series. A great addition to this series. I'm trying to play catch up with my reviews and so playing catch up with my reading. I've read the other books in this series over a period of time so I felt I was back on familiar ground and revisiting people I know.
If you wanted you really could read as a stand alone but for me It would be best reading these books in order. You will follow things so much better in my honest opinion.

The story is amazingly interesting, I love how this author really seems to have gotten to grips with knowing what his readers want from a brilliant read. And he delivers it each time.
Bravo Mr Boyd,looking forward to more. (there has to be an advantage of being behind in a series.

Damien Boyd's DI Nick Nixon series just gets better and better. It will have you hooked.
