With so many dystopian and post-apocalyptic books out, you really need something extra sepocial in order to distinguish yourself within the genre.
Sadly this just missed the mark. While the characters were great, I found the world-building a little dull and I wasn't really as gripped as I would have liked to have been.
A good solid novel but nothing really new.
