This book is a great book that can be used to share with children to teach them about inspirational book. Told in verse, it is enjoyable book to read. I loved the encouragement to find out more suggesting looking up women in the library.

This cute book provides a good way to introduce famous (and less famous) female characters from history. I admit even I hadn't heard of all of them. The illustrations are bright and fun. This title should appeal to early elementary age children.
