Really interesting recipes, and helpful information about the various spices showcased in each recipe. There are lots of classics like brownies and crispie bites which have been given a twist, as well as some more unusual ones (certainly for the UK). I did find the formatting of the ebook a bit hard to navigate, so think a paper copy would be easier to use.

I find this being a lush, exotic, warm and inviting baking recipe book; the recipes are easy to follow and they offer a bakery-level of taste and experience of the outcomes. The idea behind this work is to enrich all the dishes with various spices (lovely spice glossary added at the end) and it works in both well-known and new spices for me! To bake with spices is nothing new (we all use cinnamon or vanilla), but the authoress loves to add some twist, enhancements or surprising shade of taste to her various bake products (even to ice creams, syrups and drinks!).
To be honest, I was salivating exceedeingly even when looking at the georgeous photographs!

Great pictures to tempt you, smoothies, scones and more in this recipe book that are easy to follow and make. A great glossry of spices in the back to give you confidence in adding those extra spices to even the simplest of recipes such as rice crispy treats. A lovely book that i wish i could have had a physical copy of.

I will always love my old standby baking recipes, but this cookbook has so much MORE in the way of flavors that some of these will join the list of all-time favorites.... I would never have been bold enough to try using some of these spices in these ways, but it works wonderfully!
