This book has a gorgeous cover!
And it is written by a lady with beautiful, honest heart.
I follow this authoress on social media and I am often encouraged by her beautiful posts and heart-touching prayers, as much as her painfully honest authenticity. This is her first book for me.
The book covers the often painful subject of un/worthiness - coming to Jesus as people too well knowing (or simply guessing in the crying silence of the night) our messy, shameful and painful brokenness.
To be honest, I like her shorter posts better - they focus on a certain subject, situation etc. and she can cover them eloquently and relatably. This book sees covering many facets of a subject of worth, yet the pain of feeling unworthy is only one (on many forms), and is coverable is a shorter form. The book could be shorter in my opinion to be more focused.
Yet, the shining authenticity of one obeying and healing on the way shows a personal example - and this personal example of growth and humility touches me much more than any words. I admire this woman for her honesty, because her raw honesty is a gift, offered by a (sometimes) shaky, weary hand of sufferer - and I take it with respect and tears in my eyes, because seeing and feeling it heals my heart.

This is truly a must read. In a world that places value on things, this book is a reminder (and for some, notice) that they are worth LOVE. They are worth the boundless love of a gracious God who is mindful of us at every turn. Mary does a magnificent job sharing the myths and truths of our worth. Read, grow, and live!
