As a collector and reader of commentaries, I'm always on the lookout for new ones. Thomas Long's commentary on 1 and 2 Timothy, and Titus, came at a time just after I'd read an entire book on biblical leadership. This commentary was a great chance to dig in deeper to that idea and theme. It's a book I'll be using for years as I craft my own sermons.
