Don't Tempt Me is a contemporary romance that is a wonderful introduction to a new series. I loved the main characters, Jason and Honor, and thought the secondary ones, Sullivan and Lexie, were wonderful as well.

This book was quick and easy to read, and lots of fun too. I really liked the way the people in the neighborhood banded together. For me, this was another winner from Lori Foster!

Jason is every girls dream next door neighbor. He's handy, sweet, hot, works with his shirt off. What else could you want. Honor bugged me. Lori Foster did continually explain Honor throughout the book but she was just so irritating. She was so nice with other people but the ones she could have a relationship of some sort with she was just so difficult to.

I love discovering something new from Lori Foster. Even though this is a standalone, I think this could be a marvelous start of a great series.

Jason is a jack of all trades, there is nothing he can’t fix. Living in an all-male house there is tons of testosterone, but you can feel the love Jason, Hogan and Colt share. Jason meets his new neighbor, one sexy little bundle of nerves. Jason is drawn to Honor, she intrigues him.

Honor a hair stylist, a good one at that. Honor has a heart of gold never wanting to draw attention to herself or her life, but when she moves next door to the nosy hunk and his family her world is about to get a bit more interesting. Honor has always been fiercely independent, set on doing things on her own without any help. No matter how good looking the offer of helped came from. Honor was abandoned by her parents at a young age, she was raised by her grandfather and for that made her a much better person in her eyes.

The sparks fly from the first shake of hands between Jason and Honor. Their passion increases from page to page, but what draws me in is the strength they give to one another. Jason’s understanding. Honor’s trust. Both blew me away.

The more I get to know these supporting characters the more I adore them. Lexi a carefree and loving person with a in your face attitude that you can’t help but like her. Sullivan is one deep, dark and sexy male, that has testosterone just pouring off him, he has his own secrets. In Don’t Tempt Me we get a bonus romance Sullivan/ Lexi they were as much fun to watch as Jason/ Honor. I was a bit confuse with the two-couple spotlight, but that did not deter me from enjoying Don’t Tempt Me what so ever. I will say I need Nathan, Hogan and Violets stories, but most of all I would love to see Colts story.

Lori Foster never disappoints, her talents as a great storyteller draws me in within every second of her books. Strong characters, powerhouse plot, heart, family and passions that leave you breathless. Everything that makes Don’t Tempt Me by Lori Foster a true page turner.

Rated 5 Stilettos by Deb!
