Really wanted to like this book, especially since I liked the IDEA of it, but in the end it did not work for me. The characters were not very believable, and the narrator quickly became unlikeable. It almost seemed like the narrator would rather be doing anything else than narrating the book. The first half was generally decent, but the second half was hard to read, and almost made me give up.
