Conner and Alina's journey was a hard fought emotional rollercoaster that was filled an immense love that did not diminish over the years. They each had their own hellish demons to overcome in order to find peace.

The love and dedication of friends and family aided to this incredible story, which you most definitely need to read in order for the full experience.

Conner and Alina's was the perfect ending to the Unyielding series.

I highly recommend this series, as you too you will fall in love with the all of these men and their women.

This was my first series by Nashoda Rose. I loved the first two books and was very excited to be approved for this one. Nashoda Rose took a story that I already knew would be amazing and somehow made it even better than I thought possible. Connor and Lina’s love was intense and the passion was off the charts. I loved this book! I can’t wait to read more.

Wow! That was a super intense read. I completely fell in love with Connor and Alina's story. There was so much action, drama, and romance in this book that made you want to keep reading and forget everything else going on in your life.
Connor and Alina fell in love right after they met. Alina was a photographer in Afganistan and Connor was a soldier. But Alina was running from a man in her past. But when that man threatened her family Alina left Connor to try and save her family.
Connor was captured and drugged and turned into a killing machine. He was forced to do unspeakable things.
Many years later Connor is trying to find himself again, but is drawn to Alina. He finds her and keeps watch over her. Alina is still in love with Connor and wants him back but Connor doesn't feel he is safe to be around.

This was an awesome book. I am so happy I finally read this since its been on my shelf for months. I wish I would have read it sooner. Anyone looking for a great set of books to read should read these. You will get sucked in and won't be able to put them down until you are finished.
Thanks NetGalley for the arc in exchange for my honest review.

I have to admit that I was not looking forward to reading Perfect Rage because of the way Connor's character had been portrayed in the last book. However, I should have trusted Nashoda Rose because she laid out his story brilliantly and I loved every minute of it!

What made me love this book the most was that Nashoda didn't just make Connor's character miraculously get better over night. He struggled for most of the book with the dark and light parts of himself. He was a tortured soul that desperately wanted his life back but he had to work really hard to get there.

Alina's character was such a strong heroine. After losing everything that meant something to her, she gets a second chance at love but when Connor returns, he's completely broken. Wanting to believe that their love could overcome all, she pours her heart and soul into trying to be the woman that he needs.

This book was an all consuming book that made me laugh, cry, scream and melt. The chemistry between Connor and Alina was off the charts and I loved that readers were able to get their backstory. It provided an inside look to what Connor was like before he was drugged and how he ended up in the state that he was in.

If you enjoyed the other two books in the Unyielding series, you will love Perfect Rage!

I love love everything about this story. Nash knows how to suck you in with her writing. Its captivating, its dark, and full of emotions. I was hooked right from the beginning and down to the last page. Connor was filled with so much pain and rage. This poor man suffered so much. I love how Nash to his story way way deeper. I love how he was damaged but vulnerable at the same time.
I enjoyed Alina's character as well. She was in love with a beyond damaged man. She was strong. stubborn at times but she sure loved Connor.

It's official. Nashoda is on my list of 1-click authors. This one was another hit! I loved what I read from the Tear Asunder series and fell in love with this group of characters and the lovefest has continued with Perfect Rage. I've been intrigued by Connor for quite some time and when I saw that my girl from The 6ix wrote his story, I was on that quick. I've had it sitting on my kindle for a while and I'm annoyed that it took me so damn long to get to it. But boy was it worth the wait.

This story was about Connor and Alina. Eleven years ago, they fell in love in Afghanistan (Connor was in the military and Alina was there on assignment as a photographer). An evil man (Carlos) from Alina's life back home manipulated her to abandon and shun Connor. Carlos was truly wicked and held Connor prisoner and fed him an experimental drug that turned him into a ruthless killing machine under Vault and shielded his memories. Eventually Connor and Deck rescue Alina and this story is about Connor's healing and their potential future.

That's all I'm going to reveal of the plot. Nashoda Rose has the stunning ability to merge dark and suspenseful themes with something with a contemporary feel. I personally can't get enough of it and that's why she'll always have a fan in me. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because I was a little let down with the ending prior to the epilogue. I watched Connor struggle with his demons: the rage and the pain. Yet when this issue was finally resolved, it was almost like a fast forward. It was glossed over with a couple of sentences like it was no big deal. But it was a big deal because the entire book was about his issues! Other than that, this was another amazing book from this author.

Perfect Rage was an entirely emotional and at times heart-breaking book. Connor and Alina’s story is one I won’t forget for a long time. It was painful at times to read about all the things they went through but this was a very beautiful story.

Rating: 4 Stars
Cover: I like it
Cliffhanger: Nope
Triangle: Nah

The story, Alina is a photographer and to get away from a drug lord she takes a job with a magazine and fate allows her to meet Connor. The bulk of the story was 7 years after they meet, a lot and I mean a lot has happened, horrible things have happened, hearts have broken, people have died, friendships have been destroyed and people have suffered. I have to be honest, I didn’t read the first two books and I thought I would have a problem understanding or following the story. There were sometimes where I felt this way but it didn’t take away from the fact that this was a very well written book and the author kept me intrigued. The struggle that Connor suffered, of all that he lost, the war he was fighting with himself, I just wanted to get in the book and hug him.

Alina, at the beginning I hated her for leaving him but then I understood and I wish it had worked, too bad it didn’t. She was strong, and even though she suffered horribly because of Moreno she was still able to find happiness and give every bit of love to Connor.

Connor, the guy I met at the beginning of the book was the guy of my dreams. He was perfect, everything about him was just amazing, the way he was with everybody, with Alina. He was strong, and protective. But then, he was destroyed or so we thought, he was tortured, and stripped away of all that he was and had, even Alina. But they say that love can conquer all, in this case it was true. He learned to know who he is again, how raging a war against your fears and yourself could give you bliss and light. He suffered, I haven’t read the other stories, but this couple seems to be the one that suffered the most.

Overall, just amazing…

I have been waiting for Connor's story since the beginning of this series and Nashoda Rose does not disappoint! Connor and Alina's love story is not for the faint of heart, it is painful, passionate and very real. I was gutted several times while reading this book. They met and fell in love only to be torn away from each other and each lived in their own hell for years. Alina may be free of her painful past and Connor is no longer a puppet for a madman but can they find a way back to each other and out of the darkness? Connor must fight his demons or lose Alina and boy is it a gut wrenching heartbreaking fight. I was unsure at times if there would be an HEA for them. This book plays on your emotions throughout and more than once I wanted to throw my Kindle at Ms. Rose!!

Perfect Rage was perfect in every way, I loved every gut wrenching soul searching part of this book.
