I am happy to have discovered this series. This story is well written and captured me at the beginning. The characters are complex and the plot is good. I love the bits of humor dropped here and there.

I love a good crime novel, and what I love about Tyler Dilts is that I feel like his characters are REAL. They're complex, like you know, real people. I read these in order, but you don't have to!

Overall a good story but it felt a bit drawn out at times. A lot of reflection from the main character which didn't always add to the storyline. I did enjoy how the two story lines weaved in and out and came to a conclusion. As stated overall good and worth reading.
