I received an arc from NetGalley for an honest review. An excellent juvenile fiction story about family, friendship and sea turtles and making a difference.

I love it when an engaging story line also imparts a ton of information! Here, Morgan helps her readers learn about sea turtles. Morgan has just moved into the area and struggles to make friends. But time at camp and becoming familiar with the sea turtles give Morgan a mission. She, another friend, and their parents help the sea turtles by keeping other creatures away, giving the sea turtles time and safety to make it into the ocean after their hatching.

The illustrations were soft and gentle. The reading level is about third grade, so preschoolers through upper elementary would enjoy this book.
