I received a copy of this ebook from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I will start off saying I was not aware that this was part of a trilogy at the time I chose to read this selection. I don't consider myself that familiar with this series, or even much of a the culture these names were pulled from, so I had a general idea of what was going on, but wasn't aware of the detail the way I feel I needed to be. I don't think this is any error on the part of the author, it is on the part of the reader (that would be me)...in this case anyway.

If I had read the first two books in this series, I'd be a little more familiar with all of these characters and probably would have been able to find it easier to fall into step with all of the action that takes place in this book. Keep in mind this book is a historical fiction novel, and if you're familiar with other books in this series, or the culture that these names were pulled from, I think you'll find this an interesting and involved read.
