The second novel in the Seraphim series.

I keep requesting Dalglish's novels. They are good, but I continue to not be fully satisfied by them. I have no idea why. Each one does improve on the previous one. Maybe it's the series itself (he's got a new one starting soon, I think, which I'll also try). FIREBORN picks up the story nicely, as the two protagonists navigate their new situation.

Good characters, and a pretty good story/plot. If you've enjoyed his previous novels, I'm sure you'll enjoy this one as well. If you haven't, then I'd recommend starting with the first novel in the series, SKYBORN.
