I am always looking for diverse books to share with my students and this is totally something I'd recommend to my students.

Being Pakistani, this was a fascinating and interesting read for me. I always tread carefully when reading about Pakistan from someone else's point of view, especially if they themselves are not Pakistani, but this was still very interesting to read! Some parts of the story put me off and were kinda like, what??? but the messages behind this book were so great and very honest and heartfelt. I really appreciated it!
