Science is a wonderful process, until it runs off the rails (Frankenstein) or operates beyond ethical principles. Dr. Martin Singh is fascinated with the science of cryonics, as is his newly-minted Ph.D. son Peter. He had even arranged for his terminally ill wife to be cryonically preserved in hopes of a future reanimation and cure. But Martin goes off the tracks with his decision to build a secretive underground laboratory and storage facility for the cryogenically-preserved in Maine's North Woods, protected from peer oversight and government regulatory interference.

I will admit I DNF this book. For some reason I was expecting a bit darker tone. But everyone was happy and the dialog was a little unbelievable,We got lots of exposition through the dialog. Nothing wrong with that but it just did not strike me as real . The premise of the story I liked and it had me intrigued . Just didnt grab me
