Now or Never: Your Epic Life in 5 Steps' by Alexi Panos and Preston Smiles is a sweet little self-help and awareness book that can help create that shift needed to move into reconnecting with our authentic freedom.
The five steps:
1: You always have a choice.
2: Be radically responsible
3: Act now
4: Own who you are
5: Have a blast

I did the Feedback exercise in step one with my best friend of 20 years and wow, that was an experience. I recommend this book anyone ready to take responsibility for their lives.

Simple steps now it's time to transform this information into wisdom by doing and keep doing and having fun.

In the way of inspirational books, this one is awesome. I particularly liked that the authors used examples from periods in their own lives to show how much positive thinking can change the course of your life.

This book is like a ball of energy between two covers! The information in it is written clearly and is easy to understand and easy to implement in your own life. The steps are there for you to follow and the authors break down each one so the reader can fully understand them. I read this book in sections, practising the advice a bit at a time, and felt much more energetic and positive when I was finished.

If you are looking for a book to help change the way you think about yourself and offer you advice for success both now and in the future, this is a great choice.

Solid 3.5 Stars. I enjoyed the somewhat casual writing style. It was fun to read and very helpful. I didn't find a lot of the material to be "new", but it was presented in a fresh way. I had a couple of ah-ha! moments and I'd say that this book is definitely for someone just starting out with personal development. I would definitely recommend this book.
