Having really enjoyed another of Rainy Kaye's books, I thought I might like this one as well. Unfortunately, it was not so. The characters, plot, and pacing are kind of all over the place. Nothing is consistent. The MC is not likeable and her actions make no sense. I didn't get very far with this book.
