If you are looking for a magical, heartwarming and uplifting contemporary romance to lose yourself into on a cold January afternoon, then look no further than Scarlet Wilson’s enchanting tale of second chances and new beginnings, Christmas in the Boss’s Castle.

Grace Ellis loves Christmas. Although this year will be especially hard for the vivacious chambermaid as it is the first Christmas without her beloved grandmother, Grace is thankful for all she has: a job at The Armstrong hotel, one of London’s most exclusive hotels, a great set of friends and a job which she enjoys. Her heart might be breaking at the thought of spending Christmas without her beloved nan, but Grace is determined to sprinkle some magic and imbue some Christmas sparkle to the rather staid and austere Armstrong hotel which is decidedly lacking in Yuletide spirit this year. Grace wants to dust off all the Christmas decorations that have been hidden away in storage and make The Armstrong shimmer and sparkle – it’s just a shame, however, that her boss Finn Armstrong is wholly disapproving of her plan!

Finn loathes Christmas with a passion. The holiday season is a cruel reminder of all he has lost and Finn just wants the festivities to be over and done with as quickly as possible. He plans to spend the holidays burying himself in work and hoping that losing himself in spreadsheets and accounts will stop him from brooding or from thinking about the passing of the woman he loved. When he sees Grace about to start decorating the hotel, he is absolutely incensed. How dare a mere chambermaid disobey his orders! But despite the fact that Grace seems obsessed with the one thing he loathes above everything else in the world, he cannot help but be intrigued by the woman who has managed to steal into his thoughts and haunt his dreams…

Much to his surprise, Finn finds himself finding excuses to spend more and more time with Grace. When he finds himself agreeing to Grace’s plan to get The Armstrong ready for Christmas, nobody is more surprised than Finn and as the defenses which he has built around his heart begin to crumble, Finn begins to realise that he cannot bear the thought of spending a single minute away from the woman he has grown to love…Grace.

A Christmas miracle has brought Grace and Finn together, but will they find the courage to admit the depth of their feelings for one another – or will they continue to let old wounds and past regrets keep them from grasping this unexpected chance of happiness with both hands?

Scarlet Wilson has outdone herself with Christmas in the Boss’s Castle. Sparkling with humour, magic and heart, Christmas in the Boss’s Castle is a mesmerizing romantic tale I devoured in a single sitting. I absolutely adored Grace and Finn. Grace was an optimistic, intelligent, smart and vibrant heroine who leapt off the page and Finn was a gorgeous brooding hero who just made me swoon.

Charming, compelling and absolutely impossible to put down, Christmas in the Boss’s Castle is another outstanding romance from the wonderfully talented Scarlet Wilson!
