Book 3 in the Bridge series and by far the steamiest and hottest! Olivia gets double the pleasure with roommates Ian and Will. Fantastic read with great characters that gave me one hell of a fun, hot joy ride!

I really like a good MMF, especially when the heroes are friends like in Over the Edge. I was happy Olivia got a story and two sexy heroes to go along with it!

Okay so this is the first book in the series I read and yes it can be read as a standalone if you choose to do so but after saying that I will warn you that you will want to read the first two books so you may as well just start from the beginning. ;)

Olivia Bridge has always been considered the good girl, but now she is trying to step away from her parents and do what she wants with her life starting with helping her brothers with realizing their dreams in turning their gym into a chain of gyms. When Will Donovan who has the finances to help invest in their business makes it known to Olivia that he wants more from her she agrees, another step outside the box for her. I really enjoyed watching Liv find herself and the more she did the hotter the story got.

Liv and Will had great chemistry but man when you added Ian into the mix things couldn't help but steam up more. Will and Ian are friends and roommates, they share lots of things including women but neither have ever fallen for the same one, until Liv. But how will Liv's brothers feel about it all especially since Ian is her brother Darren's best friend. Oh such fun!!!

The audiobook is narrated by: Stephanie Wyles, Lance Greenfield, and Victor Bevine and they did a great job with bringing this story to life and making me feel as if I was right there watching it all play out.

I would recommend this book to those who enjoy Poly/Triad Romances, Menage Romances, Erotic Romances.

Happy Reading!!!

This is the third installment in the Bridge series by Meredith Wild. I have not read the previous books and was able to read this one as a standalone with no problems.

Olivia has always been the good girl in her family. Having two brothers, she has been the one to want to please everyone. Both of her brothers are married now and with Olivia still being single, it sort of puts her on the side.

When an opportunity is presented to Olivia for the family gym from an investor, she has to make a choice of what to do. Is Olivia going to take Will up on the offer to sleep with him, even though this is not in part of the drawn out plan for the gym? It doesn't take Olivia long to decide that yes, she is indeed going to sleep with Will.

Things go well for Will and Olivia and they realize that there is more to this relationship than they had at first thought. Olivia has for once stepped out of her comfort zone and has experienced some things for the very first time, even some feelings. Olivia is beginning to like her decision.

When Will reveals to Olivia that he and his best friend Ian like to share their women, now Olivia has another choice to make. Is she going to sleep with Ian as well? This is something that Olivia has never done before. What will her brothers say when they find out what she is doing?

Olivia comes to like the idea of both Will and Ian sleeping with her and wanting her. The only thing that Olivia did not plan on was her having feeling for both of them. What is she going to do now?

Meredith Wild does an amazing job of pulling you into the world of Olivia, Will and Ian. You feel like you are right there with them. I was also surprised at how well this was written too. I am usually not a fan of menage but this one had a different class to it. Well done!

I don't think I've read any books by Meredith Wild before, yet this was an enjoyable book, in my opinion. I wouldn't really recommend starting a book series with the last book, but that's what happened to me here, so I did end up reading this one and then read the previous books in the series. I'm glad this is one of those books where you don't HAVE to read the previous books, because I wasn't lost by starting at the end of the series. There is heartache in this book, along with angst and I honestly didn't know how things would end and the book (along with the story) kept me captivated the entire book. I look forward to checking out more of Meredith Wild's books!

Scorching hot threesomes is what Meredith Wild is known for and this one didn't disappoint. I loved Ian but it took me some time to warm up to Will.

I have a rule about menage romance that allows me to enjoy SOME of these books. If the three parts to the menage get together at the same time and make the decision to proceed with the threesome, I'm ok with it. I do not like two characters being together and bringing in a third. This book is in the sort of gray area. You get the feeling that Will and Olivia are going to start a relationship. Things between them are intense and hot and heavy but then Will ask Ian to be the 3rd man from the beginning. Will's reason's for asking Ian to run interference caused me to give him a giant side eye. He wants Ian to get involved with Olivia so things don't get too serious between him and Olivia. That changes pretty quickly.

As it turns out, Will's roommate and friend Ian has had a long standing thing for Olivia. The problem for Ian is that Olivia is his best friend's little sister. His friend makes it clear that he wants his bro-ski no where near his little sister. When Will decides to dive in to a relationship with Olivia, Ian is like 'eff it' I'm not going to be the odd man out. There are other books in this series that I haven't read.

I take it from the way Ian's friend reacts to him being with his sister, the two got up to all sorts of shenanigans involving women. Even given Ian's history with women, both of Olivia's brothers react to her trio relationship in a way that was so over-the-top it was distracting. Saying they were pissed is an understatement.

I really liked this book. Sometimes, I found it difficult to keep track of the relationships though. In other trio books the trio is usually more unified. My issue with this book is that it often seemed like Olivia was having two totally separate relationships with Ian and Will. I didn't really love that dynamic. I like trio books where everyone seems to be more in one relationship. The only other issue I had with this book is that Olivia's reaction to her brothers was a little weak at moments. All in all these are minor things. This is a uber sexy book with lots of emotional connections and great supporting cast. This is a great way to kick of your holiday season book reading tour.

Meredith never disappoints! This is the third book in the series but can be read as a standalone. This is an emotional, steamy , sexy, sinful read. One women sharing two men ( enough said, right?). .Did I mention the scorching hot sex scenes? Once I began to read this story, I wasn't able to put it down. A great 4 star read!!

OVER THE EDGE - Meredith Wild

UNEXPECTED MENAGE - 3 stars

#3 in the Bridge romance series

Plot - 3 stars - Olivia Bridge is working with her brothers on a new project, specifically to get out from under their rich parents' thumbs. Olivia has input on design, but then she comes up against investor Will's wish to keep things on budget. He is immediately attracted to her and makes a deal as long as she'll get more personal with him.

Writing - 3 stars - The writing is fine, moving forward quickly, and easy to read. But there seemed to be little substance to these characters as they moved from one sexual scene to the next.

Characters - 2.5 stars - This was where this book especially faltered for me. We first meet Will as he's angling for an up-close-and-personal relationship with Olivia. Although we get to know him a little better later and can perhaps understand his motivations, this first glimpse sets him up as a sleazy alpha manipulator. The fact that Olivia gives in with little thought makes her come across as an easy wimp. After setting the stage like this, the author makes it more difficult for herself to overcome the unattractive personalities of our H/h. She wasn't entirely successful. Olivia spent a lot of time berating herself for her desires, and Will just wanted what he wanted, consequences be damned. Ian had more depth to him and much more sensitivity, but his character didn't really seem to be necessary to enhance the story. Throughout the book there was a lot of reference to Cameron and Maya and their troubled relationship, which apparently was the theme of a previous book that I haven't read. Same thing for Darren and Vanessa, when Ian is apparently introduced as a character. If I had read this book, Ian's character might have made more sense. Otherwise, he didn't seem necessary to enhance the story. A menage is interesting, but it kind of missed the point, I thought. Any relationship would have been against Olivia's family's desires, so being with Will would have been enough of a disruption. Having a menage relationship was really over-the-top and broke the "less-is-more" preference I have for romance books.

Title - 3 stars - I suppose the title refers to the fact that Olivia is going past her natural reservations and entering a relationship that's way beyond her previous boundaries. Will, for his part, is feeling a lot more than he usually does, having a more serious relationship than what he's used to.

Cover - 3.5 stars - I like the dark background, with bits of color to bring it to life. Very eye-catching and not the typical romantic genre cover.

Overview - 3 stars - I haven't read either of the others in this trilogy, so perhaps I missed something of the history that would have helped spark my interest. Olivia and Will were fairly unappealing characters, so I had a hard time overcoming my initial dislike of them. Eventually I found them more attractive, but it seemed unnecessary to drag them down only to bring them back up again in the reader's mind. There wasn't much of a plot, just lots of sex scenes. That's not to say the scenes were bad, because they were very hot, but there were too many, with not enough significant action to tie them together. Although I don't have anything against a menage relationship, I didn't think it added anything to the story, just adding a complication that wasn't necessary. All that being said, I don't discount Wild's writing and will try reading her again.

Meredith Wild tells Olivia, Ian & Will's story.

Olivia at the beginning has some major issues with both guys, who are very domineering in personality. Obviously this relates to their sexual roles. I don't love that menage subgenre, but it does appeal to many. If you're looking for a hot (slightly generic) dom/ish ménage romance, this will do the trick.

3.5 stars.

This was between 3 & 4 stars for me...... I liked all the characters separately but didn't love them all together in a relationship. Olivia seemed a little lost at times as to what was going on. That being said Over the Edge was an interesting story & could be read as a stand alone (it was the 3rd book in the Bridge series)

I enjoyed Meredith Wild's writing style & will be reading more of her books.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Meredith's writing is top notch!! Everyone should know that. However, I find that she just out does herself every time. How can you do better that perfect?? Im not sure, however, Meredith does it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. She totally blew me away with Over the Edge!!

OK so let me start by saying that I have not read a book from this author that I did not love. This book is no different! This book sizzles from the beginning to the end. This story is not your everyday love triangle so make sure you have time to read it all in one sitting because you will not want to put it down.
I love how Wild isn't afraid to try something different in writing. I LOVED IT!!

OMG it’s Olivia’s book!!! I couldn’t have been more excited to finally get the ice queens story, what makes her tick and to see who she falls in love with. Olivia we know from the previous books in the series is someone that is very loyal to her family. She is protective and very driven as a person. She works hard and is now trying to become her own person away from her parents.

Olivia is working with her brothers and opening a new gym. The first day she goes to the job site she meets the very alluring Will Donovan. Will is a investor in the project and becomes a very gorgeous thorn in Olivia’s side. With Will’s persistence he makes her an offer she can’t refuse.

Ian, oh Ian, such a sexy man. We have met Ian in past books in the Bridge Series as well, he is Darren’s very good friend and co-worker. He and Olivia have met before and the underlying sparks are there, but boy to they become a full blown blaze in this book! Ian is also Will’s roommate and lets just say that they like to share more than just a meal with one another sometimes.

Over The Edge is full of passion, lust, emotion, and love. There are a few twists that I didn’t see coming that made me love the story wrapped around all the characters even more. I loved watching Olivia find herself. She finds the loves of her life and that she needs to find her own path no matter if her over baring parents don’t approve.

This was a fabulous read that I loved and would totally recommend to my book loving friends. This whole series just got better with each book and I would have to say Olivia’s book was my favorite.
