I have read other books by this author and I have slowly started to like the stories along with the art. There is always a lesson that is within the story. In this one we learn that love is important once you give it. I really liked how there were some different dinosaurs that I have never heard of before. Such as masiakasaurus, I have never heard of that dinosaur before.
We follow Tyrannosaurus as he is mean just because he can be as he is big! Though when the table turns on him he gets showed kindness from someone he would have eaten. The pictures are pretty simple, nothing scary though when the Tyrannosaurus gets hurt it might make some kids sad.
Overall a cute story that A liked.

This book was well-created, but seemed to me a little heavy or dark for children. It did teach a good lesson, though.

This book had beautiful illustrations! Even in the e-book version, this was clear to see.

The story itself is cute, essentially that love conquers all, told from the perspective of dinosaurs, and specifically, a Tyrannosaurus Rex. However, perhaps it was the translation, or the formatting of the e-book, but some parts were hard to understand and some sentences picked up in the middle of nowhere.

Also, this seems a titch violent for young kids. Lots of dinosaurs biting each other, and babies threatened to be eaten, and the assumption that after being attacked, you die, because no one hears from you ever again. Could be good for older boys who love dinosaurs and need a book with a lesson like this to be interested in.

This was a really lovely book that reads like a fable. Touching and sweetly sad, my one qualm is that the text was a little long in some places, and I do think the translation might have lost a little bit of the beauty, though I can't really say for certain. I would love to share this book during a one-on-one story time and think this would make a fabulous bedtime story.
