Most anthologies have a mixture of good and a few bad. All of these were horrific in varying degrees.

Interestingly, these were all written by women. I know a lot of people say that women can't write horror. My hubby used to be one of those, and then he read my stuff! Not that I can compare with these fabulous ladies, but I'm glad that I was able to show, at least my hubby, that women writers are out there that can write anything!

These fabulous ladies brought us an anthology brimming, from the first page to the last, with blood, guts, insects, and nightmares. A couple may have been easy to guess the conclusion, but with short stories, I'm not really wanting fantastic fiction. There's only so much time to tell the reader what is happening! Some did have twists that were more difficult to guess, and those twists were lovely!

What matters is that the variety is superior. Each story had its own twist and own concept, making this an easy, fun read!
