This was my first Marissa Meyer book and after reading it, I think I might just have to pick up the Lunar Chronicles next. Meyer has crafted a really interesting and complex world that I was 100% here for and populated it with awesome characters that you want to go on an adventure with. A really awesome take on the 'Alice and Wonderland' world you've come to know and love, this magical tale is a must read for all YA fantasy lovers.

I absolutely loved this book, though I have never read Alice's Adventures in wonderland. I still was familiar enough with the world. The first 100 pages were a little bit slow but were definitely leading up to what happened next and let me tell you the poem was just so good. My favorite character has to be Jest, I loved him so much.
