I read this books wth interest and felt myself disappointed in it. The author writes a fairly compelling autobiography but it is some of her prejudices that detract from the whole. She is capable of recognising that gender is a spectrum but insists that people are either straight or gay, erasing asexual and multisexual identities. I also felt that this book, and her proposed ministry came across as an ego exercise. I learnt nothing new and don't feel this book adds anything to the discourse. Her terms are occasionally out of date and so is some of her information.
