I absolutely loved this book!!!! The chemistry between Oliver and Emma was great! My only wish was that there was some type of epilogue, to see where they end up later on.

This is my first by this author and I am in LOVE with her writing. This was a huge surprise of a story that I fell head over love with and I hope to read the authors other books soon.
It is part of a two part series but it easily stands alone. The first book are about Adam and Audrey, the besties to the hero and heroine of this story.
Many years before the story starts Ollie and Emma were neighbors and best friends. But one day Ollie dumped Emma, became a manwhore and they lost each other. Unknownest to Emma Ollie found out his dad was a cheater and so he never wanted to hurt Emma and thats why he did what he did.
Now this book starts in present day at a Bachelor Auction and Emma wants Mike but Audrey gets her Ollie. This starts a very fun relationship where Emma has Ollie do some construction projects and Ollie convinces her to pretend they are dating.
This gets the two together and I loved Ollie and Emma's chemistry. Theyare just wonderful together. I totally loved their story and the authors writing in creating this sweet and romantic storty.

Emma is a vulnerable but tough little dynamo. I love Emma's "don't mess with me and my friends" attitude. So willing to go beyond for her friends. Hilarious, what they do. The Bachelor's Auction was so good. During this part I found myself smiling and I could so picture the guys antics.
Oliver Kyle is one hot Police Chief. The ex-best friend turned womanizing bad boy. The big questions is what could have happened to make Ollie abandon his best friend Emma? I was determined to find out! Actually the Kyle men are all great.
I enjoyed the humor in this book and the sweet romance.
