This was quite an interesting read. I haven't read many paranormal books, but of the ones I have, this is by far my favorite. The teamwork turned blossoming romance of Gary and Caryn was definitely well written, yet didn't take over the main plot of the story. I'm looking forward to many more Pamela Woods-Jackson books in the future.

My Review: ♥ ♥ ♥
Caryn is a psychic medium and can talk to the spirits. She helps people receive messages from loved ones who have crossed over. She can see people's future, but it doesn't help her with her own.

Gary can see and talk to ghosts. In fact, they keep interrupting his life. He wants to be an actor but is finding it hard to focus with all the background noise.

The Ghost Stalker club are visiting a haunted farmhouse. They want Gary and Caryn's help, but everything isn't wanted it seems. It's time to unravel a mystery using all their resources.

3 stars out of 5. Teenage psychic on campus was an ok read. The author tried to juggle college life with a psychic element. Both characters were okay, but I didn't love them. I felt this book was missing a little sass.

I really enjoyed its book. it was a fun easy read that doesnt take too much brain power, perfect for a weekend read.
Following after the previous book Caryn is now finished school and is off to college. After her boyfriend Quince cheats on her, her best friend tries to set her up with Gary. but after seeing him talking to a tree Caryn thinks hes weird and it goes no further.
But after not seing him for a few months Caryn runs in to him (literally) at college and it turns out hes not as different from her as she first thought.
Caryn can talk to spirits who have crossed over and she can also see the future Gary can talk to ghosts who are still earth bound. So when i teenage boy goes missing and a house is haunted by ghosts they will need to take this on together to get through it.

A funny engaging romance about two hardheaded, stubborn characters, one a psychic and another a ghost whisperer.

During the course of this book I found myself smiling numerous times. The ghosts are conspiring to draw people together, both Caryn and Gary would love to forget that they have even met and their friends are playing matchmaker.

Highly recommended to YA readers as well as anyone who loves a good romantic comedy

Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for allowing me the opportunity to read and review this book

A big thank you to NetGalley for the ARC. First time reading this author. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. I found the pace to be a bit slow but overall I enjoyed the book. Definitely a good YA choice. I found myself a little surprised at all the twists and turns. It's a little difficult foe me to relate to the characters but I found the book to be charming and it made me smile. I think that this could be enjoyed by a wide audience. There is a little of everything-mystery, psychic, ghosts, romance. Take a chance and let me know what you think.

This was a fun, easy read. I felt it was a little slow-paced, but I enjoyed it. She's a psychic medium and he can talk to ghosts. Seems like a good match doesn't it? But then she writes a bad review of his performance. Not exactly how to get a guy. However, they are thrown together and more of the story ensues.

Thank you to NetGalley for my ARC in exchange for an honest review.

The description underplayed the depth of this book. It was good with a strong main character who is passionate about her journalism.
Gary Riddell is equally passionate about his acting. Pamela Wood-Jackson's depiction of busy, always on the move college students was 100% accurate. Gary juggles work, school and his passion for acting. I like how Gary is so in love with Shakespearean theater and he never lets life get in the way of his acting.

Similarly Caryn is strong headed and a passionate, dedicated journalist. She gives up the precious commodity of sleep in order to write articles and get them out first thing the next day. Not many people are that dedicated and passionate. It also helps that she is a psychic, getting flashes of future events.

I also loved the character of Uncle Omar. He is funny and always there for Caryn when she needs him. Annabeth is fun and loving, who pushes Caryn to be more outgoing. Wood-Jackson's characters are complex and unique, making the story the well-rounded novel it is.

The story itself was intriguing and easy to read. It was a lot deeper and more exciting than I was expecting. I am good at predicting endings (maybe I'm also psychic) and everything came together perfectly.

Gary and Caryn rub each other the wrong way but there are somethings that are hidden from them both that they need to uncover When a haunted house ends up revealing one surprise after another what will happen? Will truth set everyone free or will it trap them? Thank you for allowing me to read and write about this book.

I thought this was a really cute quick read! The two main characters, Caryn and Gary are both psychic. They also can't stand each other. However, they are constantly being thrown together in random circumstances due to their friends. One of the things I really enjoyed about Caryn and Gary is that they were both psychics, but had different abilities. I thought that was a great twist. There was a bit of a mystery and that made for an entertaining read.

Even though this book was neatly wrapped up at the end, I enjoyed it so much if there was another book with Cary and Gary, I would definitely read it. A great read for anyone who loves mystery, psychics, and a little bit of paranormal!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from The Wild Rose Press, Inc via Netgalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
