Description

Princess Ellaria Salvatore is accustomed to getting what she wants—regardless of whether she’s supposed to have it or not. But now that her brother’s arranged marriage has fallen through, she’s left brokering a deal that will save her country and her family from the clutches of war. And while it’s not out of the question for a princess to sacrifice her future for a husband she’s never met, this little hitch in the plan is standing between her and the one thing she wants most of all—her smoking hot bodyguard. She knows that a man like Luca can’t bring himself to dishonor his station by having his way with her, but she can’t possibly leave forever without having one small taste of what might have been. Ellaria is princess of Napoline. Her brother is about to be king and she is set to marry the King of Tripole. She doesn’t want to but it is her duty. After her brother broke off his engagement to the princess of Tripole, they had to do something to keep the peace between the two countries, so Ellaria is now expected to marry the King. Luca is the head of security and grew up the the prince and princesses. He has always loved Ellaria but knows he cannot have her. It is killing him to know she will be gone soon and in the arms of another man. When their affair becomes known her brother, the King, sends Luca away and tells Ellaira the wedding is still going to happen. Will they both get their happily ever after or will they both be miserable?Great story. Ellaira is beautiful and feisty. Luca is handsome and a protector. I almost cried. It is told in third person with both point of views told. The sex is very hot.

Ella has to bring together her country and another by committing to her arranged marriage. Her brother's arranged marriage fell through so it falls on her shoulders to step up. Thing is Ella is used to getting what she wants. Will she get her childhood friend, Damien, from her guard? Well written story, smooth and good character building.

Overall a fun read, cute story, funny moments and great lines ( invasion of the body snatchers!) somewhat predictable but generally ok.

Princess Ellaria has to marry to save her country. Her brother has arranged a marriage for her, she has never met him and loves another, her Head of Security, Luca. She's loved him all her life. Luca has always treated her with respect and would never dishonour her, but Ellaria is going to have to marry a man she cares nothing about, and she wants something beautiful to remember....she must seduce Luca.
A sweet, fun read, for all romance lovers.
