A Note From the Publisher

J.J. Haas has published short stories in a wide variety of literary and genre magazines including Shenandoah, Baen’s Universe, and The Literary Hatchet. His poetry has appeared in Rattle Magazine, Writer’s Digest, The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction, and Asimov’s Science Fiction. By day he works as a Senior Content Developer at ADP producing and narrating software videos. He is a Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication and the President of the University of Chicago Alumni Club of Atlanta. He has also been an Instructor in the Creative Writing Certificate Program at Emory Continuing Education. He lives in a northeast suburb of Atlanta with his wife, Melissa, and two West Highland white terriers.
