Description

When God sends Addy a special messenger who challenges her to step from her comfort zone, she isn’t sure she’s up to the job. She feels inadequate to take on the task of encouraging others, and when she starts seeing visions, she worries she’s losing her mind.

Yet, Addy wants only to be used by God, even if that means seeing visions and risking relationships with family and friends. By stepping out on a limb, can Addy really accomplish something significant for God? What affect will her surrender to His will have on those around her? And what affect will it have on her own life?

When God sends Addy a special messenger who challenges her to step from her comfort zone, she isn’t sure she’s up to the job. She feels inadequate to take on the task of encouraging others, and when...

The Blessing Seer is a Blessing to read - if I could borrow the term - you start right off from the beginning finding out that the main character - Addy - is the wife of the Pastor - she lets you know that people are put off by her - they think she is a little stand offish - maybe even a little cold? She doesn't mean to appear that way - she is just very shy - doesn't know where she fits in - you know what I mean? Well as she is thinking all this over all of a sudden there is someone standing next to her and starts talking to her - where did he come from? he was just there - and she starts talking to him - which she never does but for some reason she feels safe with him - feels at home and tender to him - like she knew him somehow - like he cared deeply for her - he was guiding her towards something - but what? He was there mysteriously and gone just the same way - but will she ever see him again? Since she saw him so much happens - she starts getting visions - and she is meant to become an encourager of others - but that just isn't her - will she do it? What does she do about the visions? Is she really seeing them or is she just going crazy? Is she really seeing the gentleman or is he in her mind too? If he is for real where is he really from? What does GOD want from her? What will her family do with her? Will her husband support her or turn his back on her? This and many more questions can be answered when you read this awesome book.. I received a copy of this book from the Publisher and Netgalley; all the opinions expressed in this review are all my own.

The blessing of reading this book was inspirational. You can't help but for the main character, Addy, a pastor's wife, as she struggles to understand her faith and help those around her.
