The advice in this book is crafted specifically for employees and employers in the UK. It goes into detail about different health conditions, where they can come from, and what you can do about it. It is well researched, with specific footnotes and mentions of helpful resources. If you live in the UK and want to know more about your health rights at work, or further resources, this book is for you.

Your Health at Work
My thanks to #NetGalley for this ebook in exchange for an honest review. Your Health At Work is aimed at the aging workforce. Specifically designed for employees in the UK, Your Health at Work offers resources for health conditions ranging from migraine and cancer to social issues that may be encountered by migrant workers and transgendered people. There are resources for employees who may be bullied at work and those who may be injured or just feeling the effects of the aging process but still needing to work. This is an excellent resource, but again, written specifically for those living in the UK.
